No. Joining only places an authorization hold. Money is captured only when the pool forms.

The pool disbands automatically, we cancel the authorization, and the hold is released in full with no fees.

No. Resources are purchased upstream and delivered, so exits and refunds are not available. You may leave freely before it forms.

Not currently. Today only the traffic quota is shared; per-user environments may come later.

The total is split evenly across seats. Overage follows the rule on that pool page: throttle, per-unit billing, or suspension.

Yes. You can display anonymously; other members cannot see your username or email.

All ports are open except port 25, which is blocked. Bulk mailing is prohibited.
