Information we collect
- Account data: email, hashed credentials, display name.
- Transaction data: pool records and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we never store card numbers.
- Technical data: access logs, IP address, device and browser info, used for security.
How we use and share it
- To provision service, settle payments, prevent abuse and provide support.
- Minimum necessary data is passed to the upstream provider for provisioning. We never sell personal data.
- We may disclose data when legally required.
Anonymous pooling (site-specific clause)
- Anonymous pooling is supported: you may appear as “Anonymous” on all public pages, so neither the host nor other members can see your username, email or avatar. Toggle it anytime in your account center.
Retention and your rights
- Accounting records are kept as required by law; other data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- You may request export or deletion of your data at any time via the support page.
