Terms of service

1. Billing, payment and expiry

  • Settlement happens only when a pool forms. Joining places an authorization hold; no funds move and no processing fee is charged.
  • When the pool forms we capture the payment; the payment processor fee (2.9% + $0.30) applies at that moment.
  • If the pool fails we cancel the authorization; the hold is released in full with no fees.
  • Billing cycle is monthly or quarterly. Renewal is manual by default with a reminder 72 hours before expiry.
  • If not renewed within 24 hours of expiry the service stops; data is not retained and the host is destroyed immediately.
  • Traffic overage follows the rule printed on each pool page (throttle, per-GB charge, or suspension).
  • The price includes IP and base maintenance fees. Snapshots, extra IPs and extra traffic packs are paid add-ons.

2. Refunds

  • Pool failed: full refund via authorization cancellation.
  • Pool formed: non-refundable. Once resources are delivered there is no pro-rata refund.
  • Suspension caused by policy violation: no refund.

3. Delivery and shared access

  • After the pool forms we provision with the upstream provider within 10 minutes to 24 hours; details appear in your account center.
  • Sharing model: members share one machine. Today only the traffic quota is shared, split evenly between members.
  • Per-user accounts, containers or virtual environments may be supported later, which will introduce CPU, IO and bandwidth contention.
  • OS login is not available today. Even when opened later, reinstalling the OS, rebooting the host and changing the kernel will remain unavailable.
  • Exit policy: leaving after the pool forms is not allowed, so a formed pool never drops below its minimum and is never disbanded.
  • Quota: each member's traffic allowance equals the total cap divided by the number of seats.

4. Acceptable use

  • No spam email.
  • No DDoS, port scanning or any network attacks.
  • No illegal proxy or circumvention services.
  • No pirated, adult, fraudulent or mining content.
  • Violations lead to immediate suspension by the data center with no refund.
